Great book to understand basic, simple, and day to day emotions. The way saurabh has explained the obvious states of mind is quite intriguing and engaging. The book covers ten states of mind, which as the author puts, are outcomes. And to assess an outcome, one must dive into the psychology behind the same. Personally for me, the book has helped a lot in understanding the rationale behind my emotions. Quite a handy book for those who’re on their self discovery track or introspecting the decisions.
